VisionCB-STM32MP1-STD Power Supply

VisionCB-STM32MP1-STD board and installed VisionSOM-STM32MP1 module are powered from external 12VDC power supply.
Built-in hardware debugger compatible with ST-Link/v2-1 and console serial port is powered from USB interface that must be connected to external computer during tests.
