Connect SL-TFT7-TP-600-1024-RGB to carrier boards with 3.3V power supply connected to FPC50

The carrier boards VisionCB-6ULL-STD (up to version 2.0), VisionCB-RT-STD (up to version 1.1), StarCB-6ULL-STD (up to version 1.1) and VisionCB-STM32MP1-STD (up to version 1.1) are equipped with parallel RGB display interface connected to FPC50 and supplied with 3.3V. Adapter-converter modules connected to LCD modules are compatible with 5V only, therefore using the display modules with the mentioned modules requires some hardware changes.
