StarSOM-STM32V8 The StarSOM-STM32V8, based on the STM32V873 microcontroller, is a compact System-on-Module providing access to the MCU buses, communication interfaces, and standard I/O functionality. It is an ideal platform for the development of high-performance embedded, industrial, real-time, and edge-processing applications.
For customers looking for a complete and ready-to-use development platform, the StarSOM-STM32V8 (SoM) can be combined with a dedicated Carrier Board (StarCB-STM32V8), providing access to the module interfaces and peripherals required for application development and system evaluation.
The StarSOM-STM32V8 requires either a dedicated customer-designed baseboard or a compatible carrier board to form a complete system. Together with the StarCB-STM32V8, it creates a flexible and ready-to-use embedded computing platform, enabling rapid development of both prototypes and production-ready devices while allowing the final hardware to be precisely adapted to application-specific requirements.
